Cooper Shantz began his career in banking and studying business management, however his passion for automobiles drew him to The Jim Pattison Auto Group in 1991. Cooper quickly progressed to the roles of Financial Services Manager and General Sales Manager before becoming the General Manager of several dealerships over the past decade.
Don MacGregor joined the Auto Group in November, 1989. He began on the Sales floor and was promoted to Sales Management within a year. He has held other positions from Financial Services Manager to General Manager within the group, and has been GSM for the last fifteen years. After all these years, he is still passionate about the industry, and enjoys training new recruits and helping them succeed in their careers within the group. Don is an avid boater who lives on the waterfront in North Vancouver, and takes a boat from his home to get to and from work, as there is no road access to where he lives. Don and his wife Lynne have three married daughters, and love spending time with them and their spouses. They also enjoy looking after and spoiling their three grandchildren in their spare time.
Brian McMullin joined Jim Pattison North Shore Toyota in May 2012. He brings with him over 7 years of automotive experience. Upon finding a passion for the automotive industry at a young age, Brian quickly excelled into management. From there, he developed into the finance side of the industry and currently works as a Sales Manager/ Finance Manager. Brian studied Business in Ontario where he was raised, but found home here in British Columbia to pursue his career in the Automotive Industry. We often hear Brian say, "I love the car business! I would never even consider a different career!"
Prior to joining The Jim Pattison Auto Group, Harj Gill began his career as accountant with a public practice firm. He later moved to a commercial truck dealership to take on the position as a Comptroller and Sales Manager. Harj joined The Jim Pattison Auto Group in Sept of 2007, as a Product Advisor, and was promoted to the position of Fleet Manager of Jim Pattison Toyota and Lexus North Shore April 2008. Harj attained his current position of Sales Manager August 2008, his continued growth and success is contributed to the mentorship he has received from the Auto Group.
David Forest joined Jim Pattison Toyota North Shore in April of 2007 as a Financial Services Manager. David first got involved in the automotive industry as a sales person in 1979. He has worked for a number of lower mainland dealers as well as being an account manager for leading suppliers of warranty and insurance products to the automotive industry. His knowledge and experience has helped bring along new people to Jim Pattison Toyota. His outside interests includes hockey and has twice been to Amsterdam to play in tournaments.
Krista Sinclair began her journey with the Jim Pattison Auto Group in May of 2002, as a receptionist. She was given the opportunity to work her way up through the various accounting positions and in June of 2005 she was promoted to Office Manager of Jim Pattison Toyota and Lexus Northshore. In 2008 the Auto Group opened Jim Pattison Cars Unlimited - North Vancouver which Krista took on as Office Manager as well. Her continued growth and success is contributed to the training and mentorship she has received from the Auto Group. Currently, she is furthering her accounting knowledge by taking part time studies at BCIT.
Ian Wilson joined Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in August 1999 bringing over twenty years experience from the independent automotive repair industry. Hired as a Service Advisor, he quickly learned the ways of the dealership and was offered the Service Manager position. Ian was raised on the Northshore and still resides there with his wife and two children. He has always had a passion for cars and trucks and enjoys the busy and new day-to-day challenges that come with the Service Manager position. In his spare time he likes to snow and water-ski and is an active member of the Vancouver Water-ski Club.
Starting way back in 1972, Roger spent over 33 years in the VW franchise as a parts manager, service manager, sales manager, and ultimately, as an owner of a VW dealership, and then, coming out of retirement, back into the best job of all - parts truck driver. During his career with VW he was the recipient of a prestigious national "I Care" award and was one of the top salesmen in Western Canada for 8 years running. He joined Jim Pattison Toyota - Surrey in 2005 as a parts truck driver, graduating to parts and accessory co-ordinator. He was honored with his appointment as parts manager at Jim Pattison Toyota - Northshore in January of 2011, working with an excellent team of staff dedicated to promoting the Jim Pattison Auto Group and the Toyota brand. With dedication and professionalism, Roger continues his deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the spirit of "kaizen" - constant improvement.
Roger considers himself blessed beyond his wildest expectations with a wonderful marriage of over 40 years to his soul-mate wife Donna, two children who have made him extremely proud, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and two unbelievable grandchildren. In his spare time, Roger is an avid sports fan, an official "putzer" who loves working on unique wood-working projects, more than enjoys cruising on very big ships, and is also a self-published author of two books.
Aly Ladak joined Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in June of 2007. He began his automotive career as a product advisor and then was promoted to Manager, Financial Services in November of 2008. Prior to joining the Jim Pattison Auto Group, Aly studied Computer Information Systems at BCIT and began his sales career selling mobile phones overseas. Once returning to Canada, his passion for the automotive industry could not be ignored. Aly brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and 7 years of Banking experience to his role as Manager, Financial Services.
